Anti-Bullying & Self-Defense Seminar for kids

If you’ve been thinking about empowering your child with the tools to defend themselves against bullies, but want to do it at a school that is fun, safe, and highly encouraging, this seminar is exactly what your child needs to attend!

In this special 90-minute seminar, your child will get introduced to several techniques of the Gracie Bullyproof program, the world’s leading BJJ beginner program for kids.

Although no experience is necessary, the event often reaches capacity so pre-registration is strongly recommended.

This event is the safest and most enjoyable way for a child to be introduced to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so we really look forward to having you join us!

	What if my child has no experience?  Perfect! This seminar is designed for children with no previous experience so they’re going to do great!
5-11	What ages are allowed to attend?  The event is suitable for ages 5-11.
	What if my child is not very physically fit?  No problem, all the techniques will be fun and easy to learn for children regardless of their physical fitness level.
	What should my child wear?  Comfortable workout attire is recommended. A t-shirt and shorts will work perfectly.
	What will my child learn?  Your child will learn several self-defense techniques as well as important boundary setting strategies from the Gracie Bullyproof program. By the time the seminar is complete, you will understand why the world is falling in love with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and why Gracie Bullyproof is the chosen path for so many children beginning in BJJ around the world.
